We require that the owner of any property we investigate is present or aware of our presence and that the owner or representative of the owner is present at the time of the investigation. That the client is responsible for ensuring the owner is aware.
We require that the owner or representative of the owner sign a consent form for the investigation.
We will only investigate provided we are in an environment that we consider to be safe. In accordance with out insurance policy we will perform a risk assessment prior to investigating.
We will not publish or post any personal information on our website but will publish any evidential material in an anonymous capacity with the clients consent.
We will publish testimonials on our website but will not reveal details of the clients involved.
Paper copies of personal information will be kept for a limited period only and no personal information will be kept on any database or shared with any third parties. Cases will only be discussed between the team members at Night Eyes Paranormal Investigators.
